Amtico LVT laid in herringbone right through a kitchen and dining space, tight to the island and the doorways.
PVC click tiles are one of the quickest ways to turn a bare concrete garage into a room you actually want to use. They are tough enough to drive and park on, resist oil and water, and are comfortable to stand on while you work.
The tiles interlock at the edges, so they are laid as a floating floor over the concrete. The base is swept and checked for high spots first so the tiles sit flat. The layout is planned before anything is clicked together: here the main field is dark grey with a yellow border marking the working area, so the colours are set out first and the cuts fall at the walls.
Edge pieces finish the floor neatly at the doorway and along the walls.
