How we look after your details.

Who we are

What we collect

When you use an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the town or postcode of the job, and anything you choose to send us, such as photos of a room, drawings or a specification.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, measure up, quote and carry out the work. We rely on your request for a quote, and on our contract with you once work is agreed. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who else sees it

Our website is built, hosted and looked after by OB2 House. Your enquiry is stored securely with Supabase on servers in London, and emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. Hosting is provided by Vercel. These companies process your details only on our instructions and do nothing else with them. Our own email provider stores the messages we receive.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months after we last hear from you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep job and invoice records for 6 years, as the law requires for accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email us and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
