Drawings in

We visit, check the subfloor and test it for damp before we price.

Price and programme
A written price and a start date, phased around the building if it has to stay open.

Prep
Old floor up, membrane down if the test says so, latex screed to get it flat.

Lay
The finished floor, by our own fitters, in the sections agreed.

Handover
A walk-round, the snag list closed, and the sign-off paperwork.

Most commercial floors are laid while people still need the space. We plan the work so they barely notice we were there.
Out of hours
Evenings, nights and weekends, so the office opens as normal in the morning.

Lifted and laid a zone at a time, so desks and beds move once, not twice.

The same team travels to the job. A good part of our work is outside Greater Manchester.
Clean and cleared
Old flooring and offcuts taken away. The site is left swept at the end of every shift.
